Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please get in touch if you would like a refund with 14days of delivery,  I cant refund personalised item as they are made to order but please get in touch and I will see what I can do.
