These set of 3 stacking rings are popular as a family set of rings. With the larger stone (4mm) being the mother or husband  and 3mm  birthstones being the children of your family. The larger gemstone ring has a hammered silver band,  patterned and beaded band are 3mm.I use real gemstones but the sapphire, ruby, emerald and aquamarine stones are synthetic gemstones.
